According to a survey conducted by USA Today over 1/3 of adults age 18-29 have tattooes, while nearly 1/4 of thirtysomethings have tattooes, perhaps we have finally found a barometer that can be used to disenfranchise those Americans too ignorant to vote.

Unless of course we opt simply to exclude high school dropouts, those on welfare, and those with substandard IQ scores as a means to save the republic from the inevitable march toward socialism.
